Volunteer Clearances: Step by Step Guide

Safety is a top priority in our Children’s and Youth Ministries. We want every parent to feel confident and at ease when entrusting their child to our care. To support this, all volunteers are required to submit the necessary clearances in accordance with Pennsylvania’s child protection guidelines.

Begin the process by applying for your Criminal History Clearance through Protect My Ministry: https://ministryopportunities.org/BrookfieldBC

After submitting Step 1, watch for an email (typically within 2–4 hours) with instructions to complete your Child Abuse History Clearance.

The email will include a code that must be used within 7 day. We strongly recommend completing this step within 48 hours.
